This notice is provided in compliance with virtual patent marking provisions, including those outlined in the America Invents Act and 35 U.S.C. §287(a).

Rivo operates under a licensing agreement that grants exclusive use of patented drone delivery technology. These patents are held by Valqari LLC, a technology partner of Rivo. While Rivo does not own the patents directly, we are fully licensed to deploy and operate the covered systems and solutions across golf courses nationwide.
